In the Stora Lund Nature Reserve, you’ll hike through flower-filled steppe meadows and along the rocky shore of Lake Vättern. Rugged cliffs and flat rock slabs extend all the way to the clear water here, offering beautiful spots to take a break and enjoy the lake view. Along the way, keep an eye out for cat’s paw, which, with its small pink-and-white flowers, is one of the characteristic plants of these dry meadows.
