Hiking
The church was founded by the bishop of Mainz as early as the 6th century. As early as 1184 it was owned by the St. Alban Monastery, where it stayed in the years that followed. In the 17th century it was called the branch church of Ebersheim. The tithe was also due to St. Alban, but a third of it went to the pastor.
