The summit of the Geuserberg used to lie inconspicuously in the middle of the forest. It has now become fairly clear due to deforestation and offers some good views. What many summit visitors don't realize is how beautiful the west side of the Geuserberg is. Beautiful paths, great views.

The Geuserberg is the only mountain in the Radspitz area that reaches a height of 700 m. You could call it the local mountain of Wallenfels and Geuser. It is very nice to hike via the Allerswald and the Lolateig.

There is a private hiking hut at the summit that is closed but offers rain protection.

There or 10 m south at the edge of the forest you can eat the snack you brought with you.

The main hiking trail runs on a (beautiful!) forest path about 100 m east of the summit from Dörnach to the town of Geuser. From the highest point of the forest path, an approximately 50 m long forest path leads to the Geuser summit, so the climb to the highest point is not a major detour and is definitely worthwhile.

Next to the rather unspectacular summit cross of the Geuserberg, there is a nice bench to have a snack. Thank you for the hiking enthusiasts who put them there.

My favorite side of the Geuserberg is the western summit area with beautiful paths and varied, rather shady tree cover, so that you sometimes have a good view to the west.

If you want to enjoy the view to the east of the Hohe Schnaid and the Döbraberg, the best place to do this is at the highest point on the Dörnach - Geuser path. It is an old forest path that continues uphill to suit the landscape. The path from Dörnach up to Geuserberg is a worthwhile destination and a real sporting achievement not only for hikers but also for cyclists. The steepest section comes right at Dörnach, then it climbs steadily and moderately.

From Geuser the climb is much shorter but quite steep 10 to 15%.
