The beautiful castle now belongs to a foundation and is to be renovated by 2030. It previously belonged to Ernst August von Hannover junior, it was built in the 19th century by King George V of Hannover as a summer residence, hunting lodge and widow's residence. Fun fact: only the caretaker lived here for 80 years!
