Upon arrival at the Nares Mountain Trail, you have a 360-degree view that offers a very wide panorama of Nares and Bennett lakes to the southwest, with Brute Mountain dominating the landscape. You would think you were surrounded by fjords with the many arms of the lakes winding through the mountains.
