For trailhead parking, there is a small dirt pullout at the end of Blattas Point Road. Be sure not to block any driveways, ensure larger vehicles and trailers can pass, and stay on the trail, not wandering onto private land. While climbing Nares Mountain Trail, the trees will open up and then become thick with forest again, switching on and off until about two kilometers up, where the treeline disappears for good.
