Nordsachsen's new tourism project is being created in the Löbnitz Bay on the Seelhausen Lake. After around 15 years of planning and a construction start on April 14, 2026, the resort will be implemented step by step by mid-2030. The area focuses on "gentle tourism" and includes the following key points:
Scope: 114 high-quality holiday chalets with areas between 69 and 86 square meters.
Construction progress: The first nine show homes have already been erected using a special crane. Around 40 more houses are to follow each year.
