Please check local regulations for: Landes et dunes de la Hague
The Cap de la Hague belongs to the village Auderville and forms the conclusion of the peninsula La Hague, which in turn belongs to the peninsula Cotentin. From the cap you have a good view of the coast, which is also called "Little Ireland" in this section. The Cap unfortunately also includes the in Normandy unvermeindliche German bunker, remains of the Atlantic Wall and witness the darkest chapter of German history. Upstream is the lighthouse "Phare de la Hague". If the weather is clear you can also see the English island from here.

It's great to see some talented artists putting great graphics on these old gray blocks!-> Also see the two bunkers on the beach of Biville!

Not unfairly it is called "little Ireland". Countless small stone walls, a somewhat sparse flora, many (delicious) blackberries and sheep everywhere give the feeling that the coast is flying a different flag. The bunkers on the beach, although witnessing very sad times, have been decorated with graffiti and are a grateful photo motif or background, and also offer some shade.
