The Hunterian Museum in Glasgow is Scotland's oldest public museum and is located on the campus of the University of Glasgow. It opened in 1807 and originates from the extensive collection of Dr. William Hunter, a famous anatomical teacher, physician, and collector of the 18th century.

The exhibition covers a wide range of subjects, including natural history, medicine, archaeology, and art. The collection is particularly known for its precious anatomical specimens, scientific instruments, and works by James McNeill Whistler. Visitors can also see significant archaeological finds from Scotland and Roman excavation sites along the Antonine Wall.
