If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Paris for a short while, I can highly recommend the city park Bois de Boulogne (Wood of Boulogne).
Cool is the Lac Inférieur with a boat rental and the artificial waterfall.
Furthermore, the Fondation Louis Vuitton (museum of modern art) and a horse racing track are located here.
