This lovely trail follows an abandoned CPR line through mixed woods along the Maitland River Valley, connecting Goderich Harbour to the Goderich Airport area, with access points at both ends. The route crosses the historic Menesetung Bridge before continuing to the tomb of Tiger Dunlop, one of Huron County's most colourful historical figures. It marks the Goderich end of the G2G Rail Trail, a 132-kilometre multi-use greenway running from the shores of Lake Huron all the way to Guelph, making it an excellent starting point for a much longer adventure.
