The Millennium Trail offers a nice escape along the southern bank of the Maitland River, river views with quiet forest paths. The Trail is a bit hilly, with boardwalks and bridges help you navigate the wetter sections though some of the trail can still be muddy after rain. The trail is open year-round but the autumn colour season is when it really hits its peak.
