The castle ruin Löffelstelz is well worth seeing and sticks to a rock face above Mühlacker and was built in the 12th or 13th century. Today you can marvel at the intact curtain wall, the gate system, a neck ditch and other remains. The facility can only be viewed from the outside; registration with the city is required for an indoor visit.

The Löffelstelz ruin, also called Dürrmenz Castle, is the ruin of a hilltop castle at 280 m above sea level above the Enzstraße in Dürrmenz, a district of Mühlacker in the Enzkreis in Baden-Württemberg. The original or first castle complex was built on the site around 900 AD, but the castle complex, which is still preserved as a ruin today, was only built around 1200 AD. Until 1482 the castle belonged to the Lords of Dürrmenz and was then sold to Maulbronn Monastery.
