Pella Sietas was a shipbuilding company in Hamburg-Neuenfelde that filed for insolvency in July 2021. The company was formed by the acquisition of the traditional J. J. Sietas KG Schiffswerft GmbH u. Co. by the Open JSC Pella Group from St. Petersburg. The company headquarters were located in the "Alten Land" behind the main dike line of the Lower Elbe at the mouth of the Este river in Neuenfelde, in close proximity. The shipyard site was auctioned off by the city of Hamburg on November 13, 2025.
