Beautiful route between Harburg and Uelzen, gently hilly to Salzhausen with mostly good asphalt and little traffic. But: the Butterberg between Beverbeck and Barnstedt can be ridden on a racing bike, but you don't have to. It's no fun riding on rough gravel and potholed asphalt. Better with a gravel bike.
