Hubalm

The Hubalm is located at 1,311 m and is the perfect hiking destination for young and old. From the town center of Hüttschlag you can reach the beautiful basin of the Hubalmtal either via the forest path or the "old Hubalmweg". The alpine pasture is also easily accessible with a stroller via the forest path, which is initially somewhat steeper. In the direction of Hubalm there is a shallow stream on the left side, which is ideal for a quick cool-down or for little hikers to build a dam.

The Hub-Grundalm can be reached directly from the center of Hüttschlag. Relatively flat and suitable for prams. From there you can also go on to the Hühnerkaralm and the Hühnerkarscharte, if you want, you can also make a round of it and hike back to Hüttschlag via the Aschlreitalm and Hirschgrubenalm.

A very beautiful alpine pasture in an idyllic high valley, easy to hike from Hüttschlag. Many products come from our own production and different animals such as cows, horses and pigs spend the summer here.
