Memorial stone for Johann Hauer - owner of a mill and sawmill who died in a rockfall in 1924.
On the monument there is a plaque with the inscription:
„Hurrying wanderer, stop here for a moment and look down into this ravine. One hundred steps below this spot, on March 4, 1924, Mr. Johann Hauer, owner of the mill and sawmill in Thurnberg, met with an accident. Due to a rockfall, this benefactor of the surrounding area lost his precious life, a numerous family lost their loving father. Pray quietly for this noble man and then hurry on.“
