The Upper Gamskarköpfel is an inconspicuous grassy summit that passes on the way to the Sonneck - a small, simply made wooden cross marks the summit. A short detour to get there is well worth it, for example, for a small, quiet rest. The view from here is beautiful, for example back to the little Gamskarköpfl, the Wilden and the Zahmer Kaiser, as well as the Kaisertal. In addition, you are already here at over 2000 meters above sea level - the summit deserves a visit!
