Hiking Highlight
The Stripsenjoch is a narrow ridge, over which an equally narrow path leads. The path is only for the adventurous! The Stripsenkopf itself offers an impressive view of the rock faces of Karlspitzen and Totenkirchl as well as the deeper Kaisertal.

Great all around view. For people with a fear of heights only partially to enjoy.

From here you have a wonderful panoramic view and the climb is definitely worth it! Yes, you should be free from vertigo and on foot. The panoramic trail back to the Stripsenjochhütte is also recommended! For me personally, one of the most beautiful places that I was allowed to hike !!!

The southern ascent consists of a fairly steep 200m and is secured at one point with a rope. The effort is worth it, the view from here is gigantic. A kind of shelter also offers shelter from the wind and includes a summit book, donation box and - which I find very nice - a few postcards ("Greeting from the Stripsenkopf").
We also saw a climb via ferrata and from the north ("Panoramaweg"), which I can not judge.
