Captain Burke Park sits along the river under the southern end of the Story Bridge at Kangaroo Point, with plenty of open space. The grassy parkland includes picnic areas and open lawns with up-close views of the Brisbane River and the bridge’s steel structure overhead. Its beautiful waterfront setting makes it a popular stop for walkers and cyclists enjoying the Kangaroo Point Bikeway.
