In this wooded area, you'll discover the Brabantse Wouden (Brabant Forest).
The Brabantse Wouden National Park encompasses the Hallerbos, the Sonian Forest, the Meerdaal Forest, and the Dijle Valley, together covering over 10,000 hectares of valuable natural landscape. The green valleys of the Dijle, Laan, and IJse rivers, as well as the Voer and Molenbeek streams, form the natural backbone of the Brabantse Wouden.
