Mount Barrow Track is a short, informal summit walk that crosses the exposed alpine plateau from the end of the access road toward the top of Mount Barrow. The route weaves through scattered dolerite boulders and low alpine vegetation, with no formal markers but clear lines of travel in good conditions. It finishes at the trig point and communications installations within the Mount Barrow Conservation Area, where wide views open up across northeast Tasmania.
