A fantastic rail trail that weaves it's way through the forest from Scottsdale to a seemingly random point at the side of the highway.

Travelling West is easier, as that is downhill.

Part of a scheme to create a much larger trail that runs all the way to Launceston. You will see beyond the ends of the rail trail many stints of disused railway and each one has a sign with the campaign details.

There are plenty of spots to camp along the way if you're that way inclined and don't forget to pop by Don's Dunny....
