Located just outside Kanchanaburi, ElephantsWorld is a sanctuary dedicated to rescuing elephants from all over Thailand. Every elephant at ElephantsWorld has a unique story. Many come from challenging situations such as the logging industry or trekking camps. Some even spend their entire lives begging on the streets. It's a truly fantastic experience: you can feed and water these gentle giants yourself, take a walk (with the mahout), enjoy a mud bath, and bathe in the river. No elephant riding!
