Mountain biking
The Rhine riverbank path from Koblenz to Bad Zurzach, and vice versa, is an easy route that can be comfortably managed. Part of it leads through the Chly Thy Auen nature reserve. There are many beautiful views, several WWII bunkers along the way, a Roman watchtower (ruins), and plenty of opportunities to observe waterfowl. I personally love this route because of its diversity.
