Hiking
Rosenburg Castle is also home to the falconry, which offers flight demonstrations every day except Mondays at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. It's beautifully done, but sometimes you have to duck your head.

Mountain biking
Picturesque is the Rosenburg on a ridge high above the Altmühltal. Twice a day, 11h and 15h, except Monday, we present the flying skills of our birds of prey in front of the picturesque backdrop of a medieval castle.
