Marina Karlshagen
The well-developed and modern marina is located in the north of the island of Usedom on the eastern shore of the Peene river. Among water sports enthusiasts, the harbor has long been synonymous with service and hospitality, nestled in a beautiful coastal landscape with a touch of romance and luxury. Equipped with modern pier systems and around 110 pier moorings, it is the largest port in the German part of the island. Especially with north and east winds you are well protected here.
The port is awarded the "Yellow Wave" awards, a water tourism guide system in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and globally recognized DIN ISO 9001 certification, as well as the "Blue Flag" for recognized environmental and port management. He is still classified by the German Tourism Association with "3 stars".
Gastlieger find sufficient moorings on the northern quay with rear piles at four meters water depth.

At Karlshagener Hafen there are several possibilities to eat something delicious during a tour.

Delicious fish rolls can eat man .... and walk on the dike ... even with the dog .....

Nice restaurants - either in the "Veermaster" or on the opposite side of the harbor a fish sandwich on the hand.

You can buy fresh fish and smoked fish directly at the harbor in addition to the obligatory delicious fish sandwich. There are also boat trips to the island of Ruden, to Wolgast and to the Peenestrom.
