Hiking

The castle stands on the site of the original water fortress, which was converted into a castle at the end of the 16th century. Over the centuries, it has often changed owners. After World War II, it was used for agricultural purposes. The last reconstruction was carried out in the 1970s. Today, the castle is in poor condition.

Boreč is a castle in the village of the same name near Velemín in the Litoměřice district. It stands on the site of an older Gothic fortress, but acquired its preserved Baroque appearance during reconstruction and other modifications in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
