A pagoda on Tianma Mountain, Chinese name: 护珠塔.
The tower is about 18.8m in height and leans about 6° over - which is more than the Leaning Tower in Pisa.
It was building 1157 during the Song Dynasty to house some precious relics. It was originally 20m in height with wooden eaves and stairs - which got destroyed in a fire. Later locals started taking bricks from the base, creating a large hole which lead to the tower leaning over.
