The Saint-Martin de Candes collegiate church is one of the few fortified churches in Touraine.
Built between the 12th and 13th centuries, it fascinates with its imposing singularity. In particular, we notice a very rich carved decoration which adorns its transept and its nave as well as a monumental porch, open on the north side of the building.
