A hike all around is wonderful.

Beautiful lake with crystal clear water. The path is much nicer than the road.

Very nice way to the Hintersteiner lake.

There is also a lido here, the appeal of which lies in its naturalness. Being the most beautiful and cleanest natural bathing lake in Tyrol is distinction enough for the Hintersteiner See in Scheffau.

In the spring around the lake has the advantage that the lake is easy to see. In summer, the view is affected by the leaves deciduous trees.

A beautiful bathing lake with a view of the Kaiser Mountains.

The paths at Hintersteiner See are wide and easy to walk on and some of the more exposed sections are secured with railings.

Good trail with views.

Catastrophe in the low season (specifically 05/09/2023):
- Nothing's open.
- Nothing can be done.

Nevertheless, 4 euros are required for parking 🤷‍♂️.

Unfortunately, the lake is not particularly beautiful and access is only available in the area of the lido.

The loop trail only offers an occasional glimpse of it between the trees.

We came from Kufstein right after the four lakes hike and were rather disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to go swimming (day pass 6 euros, half day 5).

Nice circular route. Very well signposted.
