Fisherman’s Point at Blackstrap Lake is not only a viewpoint but, as the name suggests, a popular fishing spot as well. The lake is home to walleye, northern pike, yellow perch, and lake whitefish. There’s a boat launch near Fisherman’s Point and a convenient fish-cleaning station if you bring your catch in. Just be sure you have a valid Saskatchewan fishing licence, follow local size and catch limits, and check for any closures near the causeway.
