Wilhelmswarte on Hochanninger Summit

After a somewhat arduous ascent, you will be rewarded with a wonderful view from the Anninger. Great 360 degree view from the Wilhelmswarte. However, the marking to the waiting room and back is inadequate. Visiting the tower is free!

03/10/2023 - Super 360° view, a little windy at the top, be sure to take binoculars with you in your hiking backpack 😎 A beautiful observation tower on the summit of the Anninger with a height of 675m. Very easy to get to with a beautiful view. You should definitely see it when you hike up the Anninger mountain.

After a strenuous climb, you'll be rewarded with a breathtaking view at the summit of Anninger. From the Wilhelmswarte, you can enjoy an impressive 360-degree view of the region. However, the trail markings to and from the lookout tower are not ideal. Visiting the tower is free and definitely worth it!I visited this mountain as part of my Dwarf Mountain Tours series (ZBT#8).
