The stone path to Puig de Maria leads steadily uphill on a historic, paved trail through a shady pine forest. The partly uneven ground gives the ascent an original character and is reminiscent of the path's long pilgrimage tradition. Once at the top, wide views open up over Pollença and the surrounding landscape.

Very pleasant, the view is superb. Watch out for your knees though, a large part of the route is on asphalt (in switchbacks, with a big elevation gain), the stone path only comes at the end.
