Hahnplatz is the central square in front of the basilica and the Regino Gymnasium in Prüm.
The square was redesigned over several years.
Besides a bomb, objects of interest to archaeologists were also found, repeatedly delaying the construction work.
Now the square is finished, and I think its simple and understated elegance is very successful.
It should now be well-suited for events.

The square is really nicely designed, today you could see planted furniture there (chairs, beds, etc.). But there is also enough real seating and a "walk-in" fountain, which is great fun for the younger ones.
