Hiking
Most people only hike to the bottom of the waterfalls. If you continue a few hundred yards up the Paradise Valley Trail, you can get on the cool wide granite above the waterfalls. Careful, the rocks can be slippery when wet.

In August it is not as impressive as when the snow melts, but it is also a magnet for day tourists. From the "Road's End" car park it's a good six kilometers and 300 meters in altitude to get here.
