The Cranzahl–Kurort Oberwiesenthal narrow-gauge railway is a Saxon narrow-gauge railway with a 750 mm gauge in the Upper Ore Mountains. It begins at Cranzahl station on the Vejprty–Annaberg-Buchholz unt Bf railway line and runs via Neudorf to Oberwiesenthal.
