Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Hirtenweg at all. The vast majority of it leads over monotonous forest paths at medium altitude, the path completely avoids the summits, paths or forest floor are hardly to be found. If you like going for a walk as a couple, fine. But if you want to hike with a view, I would recommend the Yacher Höhenweg. At first it leads on the same track, then branches off wonderfully, over the heights and on the paths that the Hirtenweg misses so much.
