Zierikzee's second round stone trestle mill dates from 1727 and stands on the Bolwerk, on the south side of the city north of the harbor. Around 1600 a trestle mill was built on the Bolwerk, which was demolished in 1723. In 1726 the owners of the stilt mill De Flesse, which was also located on land on the Karnemelksvaart, also asked for a demolition permit to build a new stone mill on the spot.

Den Haas is a tower mill from 1727 in the town of Zierikzee in the Dutch province of Zeeland. In 1966 the mill was sold to the municipality and in 1987 it was put back into operation. The mill has three pairs of millstones.
It is a round stone mill covered with oak slate. The blades have a flight of more than 23.80 meters. The mill usually runs on Fridays and can therefore be visited. A webcam is aimed at the mill: see external link.
The owner of the mill is the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland. The volunteer miller is Jeroen van Dijke.
