    Instead of the cycle lane on the B28 along, you can cycle on the other side of the river Nagold. Forest and gravel roads and floodplains, but also a hydroelectric power plant can be admired. It is not as fast as on the main road bike path but more beautiful on the way.

    The official Nagoldtal bike path is along the former B28 and absolutely not nice to drive. On the right-hand side downstream from Altensteig (after Boysen, up the road for a short distance and then immediately left into Waldweg) it is much nicer to drive and you can also get to Nagold.
