A nice small pond in the middle of the field, you can take a break in your biking tour in the area. Unfortunately it is not easily accessible without a mountain/gravel bike.

The Hammerbach rises at an altitude of around 180 m above sea level. NN east of Langen-Bergheim a small pond and runs in a southwesterly direction.
It then passes under the federal autobahn 45 and finally flows into the south-eastern outskirts of the Hammersbach district of Marköbel at an altitude of around 120 m above sea level. NN as a left tributary into the Krebsbach. The municipality of Hammersbach is named after him.
Its approximately 3 km long course ends 60 meters below its source.
