Definitely worth seeing! The Mittermayrhof was first mentioned in a document in 1325 and was built in the stone masonry typical of the Mühlviertel. Originally a so-called Mühlviertler three-sided farm, a Kastl (cider cellar and granary) was added in the 18th century, turning it into a four-sided farm (double-jumper).

The Monument Court (tours) provides a vivid picture of the historical working and living environment on a Mühlviertler farm that was operated until 1953. What is remarkable about the farm is the straw roof, which weighs approximately 35,000 kg, and the earth stable, an 18 meter long escape tunnel carved into granite that is still accessible. The room layout has been preserved in its original form.
