From the highest point of São Vicente, Monte Verde, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the island itself, Santa Luzia and Santo Antão. The best time to have an unrestricted view is early in the morning or late in the afternoon, as Monte Verde is often covered in clouds

We came here with a local guide who drove us on the top of the mountain with a small bus. Great view on the Island Sao Vincente with Mindelo.
