This historic site features the sole surviving tower of St. Anthony’s Church, built in the late 19th century and destroyed in 1943. Adjacent is the restored tomb of medieval Bihać nobility. A planned transformation into a city viewpoint and cultural plaza makes it a vivid blend of past and future.

Odmah nakon dolaska austrougarske uprave 1878. godine, izgrađena je u Bihaću, uz pravoslavnu, i katolička drvena Crkva sv. Ante. Smatra se da je sagrađena na lokaciji gdje je i bila jedna od porušenih srednjovjekovnih bihaćkih crkava. Graditelji Crkve svetog Antuna Padovanskog vodili su, prije svega računa o tome da ovo zdanje ima naglašenu prostornu koncepciju, ali isto tako ne zanemarujući veću upotrebu dekorativnih elemenata. Sam izgled crkve bio je, za ono vrijeme, više nego impozantan. Prostorno je zauzimala oko 900 m², sa visokim pravougaonim zvonikom; uz džamiju Fethiju i Kapetanovu kulu dominirala je iznad gradskog urbanog jezgra.
