The Chapel of Saint Bernard the Elder is located at the entrance. Its presence is very important because it links the history of Seborga to that of the Templars, and in particular to Bernardo di Chiaravalle, who appointed the first Knights here.
Its austerity and the tranquility that can be felt within allow one to appreciate the full history and charm of this ancient site.
