This is beautiful mountain to look at and to hike. It also looks like a good old fashioned proper mountain. We didn't have the best of views as it was a foggy day but a great hike and the food at the refuge was a welcome addition to the day.

Rocky and steep ascent to the Mythen hut, but it is absolutely worth it - above you expect a breathtaking panorama and delicious food.

Don't start at noon at noon at 30 degrees in the shade like we did. You are then alone on the mountain, but it's hot! :-)
