the fruit it traded. While the auction has long since disappeared, the fruit growers are far from gone. They have passed down their knowledge for generations. One such farm is that of the Notelteirs family. They cultivate fruit there in an integrated, ethically sourced way, and then process some of it into juice using traditional methods.
