Via de fietsostrade F1 naar Duffel - Dijle en Rupel naar Boom - en via de Schelde terug. Ondanks een winterzonnetje en weinig wind: koud (6°) aan voeten en handen. 5 a 6 graden is voor mij echt de ondergrens om comfortabel te blijven.

Planned to take a shortcut from the CV500 to Sueca to Muntanyeta dels Sants but the road is closed. So had to take the Cami Del Cavall but what a joy Albufera was today (some sun, birds all around and the flooded landscape). What helped were good legs all the way. Top ride today.

Was limited to a few short rides this week due pain in soleus. Got that while walking on the beach. Tried a bit of a longer trip today but the pain is still there. Guess patience is the answer but I assume I had an urgent sanitary stop when patience was distributed.
