Minori (Minùrë in Campania [4]) is an Italian town of 2 582 inhabitants in the province of Salerno in Campania, part of the Amalfi coast.

An ancient holiday resort of the Roman aristocracy, as evidenced by the discovery of an extensive patrician villa dating back to the 1st century, it is today a popular tourist destination for its natural landscapes as well as for its renowned culinary tradition. For the latter reason it is known as the "City of Taste", while for its mild and pleasant climate it is called the "Eden of the Amalfi Coast" [5].

The entire municipal area was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1997, together with the other towns of the Amalfi Coast.
