    Cycling

Seaford Head is the best place to enjoy spectacular views of the Seven Sisters and Cuckmere Valley. A short walk from the car park at South Hill Barn takes you to one of the most spectacular views of the Seven Sisters, a wonderful undulating line of chalk cliffs.

The view from Seaford Head of the impressive Seven Sisters cliffs is stunning: blue waves crash against the serine white chalk cliff face. As part of the Beachy Head West Marine Conservation Zone, the area is also known for its rare plants, birds and insects. The unusual coastline attracts plants that like to grow in chalk and acidic areas as well as specific butterflies and bees. The nature reserve is owned by the National Trust, Seaford Town Council, and East Sussex County Council.
